Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of treatment that uses a very small, thin needle. The needle is inserted into specific points on the body with the purpose to treat pain, dysfunction and disease. Acupuncture affects the body at different levels. Locally where the needles are inserted there is an increase in blood flow. This helps to promote healing.

Acupuncture affects the body at different levels. Locally where the needles are inserted there is an increase in blood flow. This helps to promote healing. At the spinal cord and brain level, the release of certain natural chemicals including endorphins (one of the body's natural painkillers) is stimulated. These chemicals will either change the experience of pain or trigger a release of chemicals that influence the body's own internal regulating system. Contemporary acupuncture may also use electro-stimulation to influence the structure at the acupuncture point and along the channel between points. Contemporary acupuncture works well when used in conjunction with manual therapy as part of an integrated therapeutic approach to deal with pain, headaches and other neuromuscular problems.
Cupping
Massage Therapy
Acupuncture
cupping is a technique whereby a vacuum is created in a cup, drawing the skin up into the cup separating the layers of superficial fascia. The suction draws blood to the level of the skin, creating a vacuum (negative pressure) below the skin. This causes new blood to rush in below, removing stagnation. Cupping is an excellent tool to use

Cupping is an excellent tool to use for soft tissue injuries, increasing circulation and helps to relax the nervous system.
